In order to ease our cooperation and to make sure that goods are of the highest quality we have created Complaints Procedure. Complaints Procedure allows to evaluate and eliminate possible faults.

Please, make sure you become acquainted with Complaints Regulations and Detailed Procedure of Complaints of TFO Consumables. Product’s faults visible in the warranty period are removed for free. Repairs and replacements are made in 14 working days (in case of RMA procedure) or in 40 working days (all other cases) starting from the day of receiving a complaint.

Complaints regarding the method of order realization shall be handled according to Discrepancies Procedure. In order to reduce handling time please refer to Discrepancies Procedure.

In case of discrepancies or faults please fill in a Complaint Form via website. Complaint Form is available at MY ACCOUNT­> COMPLAINTS. Complaints can be also made by sending filled Complaints Protocol at reklamacje@telforceone.com. Within 2 days from the day of sending a protocol you shall receive the confirmation note with a number of complaint. A parcel with a number of complaint shall be sent on the following address:

    Notice: Parcel shall include faulty item together with description of a fault, and proof of purchase.
